Makes 12 truffles

Prep time 10 mins plus 60 mins chilling


4 packets Oreo biscuits;
1 tub of Philadelphia cream cheese;
Few drops of vanilla essence;
1 bar Novi chocolate fondant
1 bar white chocolate


Mix the biscuits, cream cheese and vanilla in a food blender. Roll into small balls. Put in fridge to set for an hour. Melt chocolate and cover the chocolate truffles. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings.
