2 cod fillets
8 squids
600g clean Pumpkin 200g Potatoes
100g milk
20g butter
Salt to taste Pepper to taste
10 brussels sprouts Olive oil


Chop the pumpkin and the potatoes and cook them in a steamer with the brussels sprouts until they are soft.

Take out the brussels sprouts and mash the pumpkin and the potatoes. Put the mashed vegetables in a pan and add milk, butter, salt and pep- per. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Season the fish with olive oil and pepper and grill it for a few minutes. Serve the grilled fish with the pumpkin puree , the brussels sprouts and garnish with some herbs.
