Tip: To make multiple dishes simply double/triple the ingredients.
Ingredients For the crumble
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp. baking powder (leave out if gluten free OR use gf baking powder)
Ingredients For the apples
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Salt
1 cup chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. brown sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix all the crumble ingredients in a food processor.
Add the apple ingredients into a saucepan and cook on low heat until they soften.
In a baking dish, add a little bit of crumble then the apples, then the rest of the crumble.
Bake for around 20 minutes.
