Ingredients
30g coconut oil
50g cacao butter
140g peanut butter
50g oats, ground
60g almond flour
60g maple syrup
1 vanilla pod, scraped
Method
Melt the cacao butter and the coconut oil using a bain-marie. Once melted, add all the other ingredients to the bowl and combine well. Place the mixture in the fridge and allow to solidify, just enough so you can roll truffles out of it. Enjoy the truffles as they are or coat them in chocolate for an extra special treat.
