Ingredients
3 tablespoons crushed black pepper 2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder 2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
Method
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
We dont suggest adding salt to the rub, simply season the meat with salt as usual prior to adding the rub itself.
