Serves 5 little mouths

Ingredients

1 cup wholemeal flour
½ cup greek yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup fresh basil
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Coloured raw peppers cut into small squares.
Shredded mozzarella

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the wholemeal flour, yoghurt, baking powder and olive oil. Mix to combine into a ball. If too dry, add a tbsp of cold water.
Lightly dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough. Flatten the dough ball using a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter to cut out your Christmas trees.
Transfer Christmas tree pizzas to the baking tray.
Next, make your green sauce by blending the spinach, basil, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste.
Top your pizza with the green pizza sauce and some mozzarella for 15 minutes. Top with raw peppers as baubles or any other toppings you desire.
