Orange Cinnamon

Makes 16 bites

Ingredients

200g Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp. raw honey
Juice and zest of 1 orange
1 tsp. cinnamon

I served these on top of a bowl of fruit including; mango, melon, pineapple and orange slices.

Cherry Chia

Makes 12 bites

Ingredients

150g Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Handful of cherries

Served these on top of a bowl of fruit including; cherries, figs, banana and a sprinkling of chia seeds.

Choco Mint

Makes 12 bites

Ingredients

150g Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp. raw honey
Handful raw cacao nibs
Few fresh mint leaves (roughly cut)

Served these on top of a bowl of fruit including; apple, banana, mint leaves and a sprinkling of raw cacao nibs.

Method

Simply mix the ingredients in a bowl and spoon into ice cube trays before freezing for at least 3 hours.
Serve them on top of a variety of fruit for a fun breakfast or afternoon snack.
