Prep time 30 minutes
1 cup milk of choice
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup fresh Goats cheese Roasted pumpkin
1 tbsp red wine
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. In the meantime, caramelize your onions in the
pan with some red wine, honey, salt and pepper.
Next rehydrate your sultanas in hot water for 10 minutes then drain.
To make the filling, place the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk to combine. Fold in
the pumpkin, caramelized onions, sultanas and fresh goats cheese.
Pour into a lined baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
