600g clean Pumpkin 200g Potatoes
Salt to taste Pepper to taste
10 brussels sprouts Olive oil
hop the pumpkin and the potatoes and cook them in a steamer with the brussels sprouts until they are soft.
Take out the brussels sprouts and mash the pumpkin and the potatoes. Put the mashed vegetables in a pan and add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Season the fish with olive oil and pepper and grill it for a few minutes. Serve the grilled fish with the pumpkin puree , the brussels sprouts and garnish with some herbs.
