2 Tari beef patties
120g halloumi, sliced
2 burger buns
1/2 cup pickled red onions
2 servings of Peach Salsa (see recipe on page X)
When your bbq is ready,
grill the halloumi slices and patties over red embers for 5-6 minutes on each side until nicely browned then toast the burger buns for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with a sauce of your choice, pickled onions and peach salsa.
